I love citrus, especially lime, and rosemary is one of the herbs I grow year-round since I use it so much.<\/p>\n<p>I should have uploaded a photo of the finished plates. They were exceptionally pretty with deep purple forbidden rice, and bright zucchini fresh from our garden. Instead I used a boring one with just the chicken. Another time.<\/p>\n<p>Grilled Chicken with Rosemary and Lime<\/p>\n<p>marinade:<br \/>\n2\/3 cup lime juice<br \/>\n1\/2 cup lemon juice<br \/>\n1\/2 cup olive oil<br \/>\n2 T dried rosemary, or equivalent fresh<br \/>\n1\/4 t pepper<\/p>\n<p>2 chicken breasts cut into serving sized pieces<\/p>\n<p>Combine ingredients for marinade. Mix well and pour over chicken. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Grill until chicken is thoroughly cooked, basting with reserved marinade if desired.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of my favorite ways to make grilled chicken more interesting.
