This Panna Cotta recipe is just the thing for those occasions. Adjust the sweetener depending on the level of sweetness you prefer.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\"><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\"><b>Panna Cotta<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\">2 cups heavy cream<\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\">2 tablespoons sugar, or honey if you prefer<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of vanilla<br \/>\n2 &nbsp;teaspoons gelatin<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\">Heat 1 1\/2 cups of the cream and the sugar over low heat until sugar is dissolved and cream is hot, but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\">While cream heats, sprinkle the gelatin over the remaining cream in a medium-sized bowl and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\">Pour the very warm cream and sugar mixture over the gelatin and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\">Divide the Panna Cotta mixture into lightly oiled custard cups for unmolding into serving dishes, or into goblets or other decorate glasses to serve without unmolding.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"p1\">Chill several hours, or until firm. If unmolding, run a thin sharp knife around the edge of the cup.
