Chocolate Mousse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 4 oz whipping cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2-3 oz dark chocolate<\/p>\n\n\n\n Place the cream in a large (preferably chilled) bowl, and beat until soft peaks form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Place chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Do not let the bowl touch the water. Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat, and allow to cool slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fold the chocolate into the cream carefully until combined.
